Returns and Refunds
We stand by everything we sell, 100%. So if you’re not satisfied with your order, neither are we. We’ll make it right – from reprinting your order or refunding you in full.
- First, contact us within ten days and let us know what your issue is.
- Then, we’ll work with you to find a solution that you’ll be happy with, whether that means reprinting your order at no additional cost or refunding your order.
Wrong or incomplete address orders that are returned to sender are responsibility of the customer. No refunds will be made available.
Orders are custom made. Only orders where the issue was our mistake eg: wrong item, damaged or defective item well qualify for refund or replacement.
Note: A photo will be required to show what the issue is with the item(s) delivered. Note that refunds will be made by the same method as the original payment as per your original order.
