Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?

Some email providers mark our confirmation emails as spam or block them completely. You can check your spam folder to see if the email has arrived there. If you are not able to find it there you can email us and we can confirm that the order was placed.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The delivery times normally for mugs are 8-12 business days. This time frame will include printing, processing and shipping.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please email us or use the contact us form immediately if you would like to change or cancel your order. If your order has yet to enter production, we would be happy to accommodate a change in color or size.  Production normally starts within a couple hours of you placing an order. If your order has entered production or shipped, we cannot cancel your order.

I was sent the wrong mug or I was sent a defective mug, what do I do?

If you received the wrong mug or the mug we sent you is defective, do not just mail it back to us. Contact us and we will make it right.

Do you have a catalogue you can send me?

Sorry, since we offer hundreds of designs and are constantly adding new designs, a catalog would be obsolete right away. For this reason our assortment of novelty mugs can only be viewed online.

Are the coffee mugs microwave-safe and dishwasher-safe?

Yes, our custom 11-oz mugs are microwave- and dishwasher-safe.

What color options do I have for my customized mug?

As of now we only offer white mugs.

Are these porcelain mugs?

The mugs we offer are ceramic. We hope this helps.

Do these mugs come with a gift box or would I have to purchase one?

Our mugs are packaged in a boxes but do not come with a gift box.
